Cancellation and Refund Policy β Cuteshots Baby Photography

At Cuteshots, we are committed to capturing your baby’s most precious moments with love, care, and creativity. Since our services are time-based, customized, and pre-planned, we have a clear refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued under the following specific conditions:
- Booking Cancellation by Client:
- If canceled 14 days or more before the scheduled shoot date:
π’ 50% refund of the booking amount.
- If canceled within 14 days of the shoot date:
π΄ No refund (rescheduling allowed once, subject to availability).
- Non-Delivery of Service (Cuteshots’ Side):
- If the shoot is not conducted due to our teamβs error or inability to attend, a full refund will be provided or an alternative shoot will be scheduled.
- Technical Failure:
- If photos are lost or damaged due to technical error and cannot be recovered, we will offer:
- A free reshoot (if possible) OR
- A partial refund, depending on the situation.
β Non-Refundable Situations
- Advance booking fees or retainers (used to block date & resources)
- Client no-show on the shoot day without prior intimation
- Dissatisfaction with creative output (e.g., poses, theme, color tone), after delivery β as these are subjective and based on client-selected themes
- Late arrivals or babyβs mood issues affecting the shoot
π Rescheduling Policy
- One free reschedule is allowed if informed at least 72 hours in advance
- Further reschedules may incur a small fee due to blocked calendar slots
